Visitation Request Form

The mission of the Visitation Ministry is to bring the life of the Church to those who are homebound or otherwise unable to attend on-campus services and activities in order that they too, may follow, love, and share as Christ has designed the Church to do.

The visitation team provides company, connection, and spiritual care through in-person visits at least monthly, with additional communication via phone, email, or other notes of encouragement weekly.  We also support the person through conversation, prayer, and song and offer reassurance, hope, comfort, and guidance.
